Evenings are all about fine-dining and informal elegance: beautifully-presented candlelit dinners served in the warm night air, produced by chefs who have acquired their skills in Michelin-starred kitchens, using the freshest, mostly organic, ingredients.
The waitress will ask you already in the morning if you will be going out in the evening or if you would like to dine in the hotel. If you like to stay "at home" we will ask you to give us your selection from the menu, so we can make sure you only have the freshest products. We´d be delighted to adjust any dish to meet your wishes.
Our food philosophy is straightforward: delicious dishes prepared with love and expertise using the best quality ingredients. This means succulent meat from our trusted suppliers. It means the freshest fish whisked to us from the nets of the nearby Andalusian coast at 5 am to be in Ronda before lunch. And it means organic vegetables, fruit and herbs, lovingly reared in our own gardens, whenever possible - picked and gathered especially for you.
All of which can be accompanied by award-winning wines from local bodegas.
Our chefs seek to cater for every palate, with no shortage of inspired vegetarian dishes, and meals to meet with the approval of the junior and infant diner. We pride ourselves on being able to meet any dietary requirement.
LUNCH is a relaxed affair, a chance to sample the best in good, honest Andalucian home-cooking.
