Our restaurant offers a daily changing dinner menu with seven dishes to choose from.
The lunch menu is à la carte. Our chefs are Michelin-Star trained and have come "home" to prepare delicious, mostly organic and well presented food.
Whenever possible we use vegetables and herbs from our own organic gardens, our fish comes fresh from the Andalusian coast, and our meat from trusted suppliers
Olives, lemons, all of our gazpacho's ingredients, potatoes, fruit...you name it; we pick it fresh for you. Special care is taken in preparing our food, not only when it comes to our fish or meat dishes also with our innovative vegetarian dishes.
