You're invited to make your evening selection earlier in the day, when dinner menus are presented at breakfast, menus we'd be delighted to adjust to meet your wishes.
Our food philosophy is straightforward: delicious dishes prepared with love and expertise using the best quality ingredients. This means succulent meat from our trusted suppliers. It means the freshest fish whisked to us from the nets of the nearby Andalusian coast at 5 am to be in Ronda before lunch. And it means organic vegetables, fruit and herbs, lovingly reared in our own gardens, whenever possible - picked and gathered especially for you.
All of which can be accompanied by award-winning wines from local bodegas.
Our chefs seek to cater for every palate, with no shortage of inspired vegetarian dishes, and meals to meet with the approval of the junior and infant diner. And we pride ourselves on being able to meet any dietary requirement.
