Reception

Check in online

  • To avoid manipulating documents physically as much as possible, we have implemented online check-in for reservations made through our websites or our reception. Before your arrival you will receive an email inviting you to check in online. They will only have to fill in their details and those of the people hosted with you.
  • Upon arrival at the hotel, all you have to do is identify yourself at reception and our reception team will have your document ready for signature and your room key.

  • The temperature of the clients will be taken at the entrance of the hotel, always with their permission. Those who show symptoms compatible with COVID-19 will apply the specific protocol for this.

 

Reduction of non-essential elements

  • Non-essential items such as decorative objects, coffee makers, magazines, brochures or laundry bags are removed in the rooms; the amenities are reduced to the basic ones and a hydroalcoholic gel dispenser is included in each room.
  • The service of our honest bar in the patio will be avoided since the establishment cannot guarantee its disinfection among clients, although the service will be available on request.
  • Check lists will be carried out to verify cleanliness.

 

Prevention against possible cases

  • One ambassador will be appointed per hotel to ensure that all safety, hygiene and health measures are being followed.
  • Creation of a “disinfection team” that will be specialized in cleaning rooms occupied by confirmed or suspected cases of coronavirus.
  • In the event that possible patients cannot be transferred to a hospital center, a specific area of the hotel is reserved with strict measures for assigning and occupying the rooms, as well as cleaning.

  • An even stricter temperature monitoring routine is imposed.
  • Cleaning and disinfection of workstations at each shift change and disinfection of the dataphone after each use.
  • Posters will be displayed informing the client of these hygiene and disinfection guidelines so that they are aware of them and respect them.

 

Security

  • A staff member will escort guests to their table.
  • Single doses of vinegar, salt, porcelain oil, sugar, etc. at your disposal and removal of decorative elements.
  • Maintenance of the two-meter interpersonal security distance between table and table.
  • Waiters will be protected by masks and gloves when serving or accompanying guests.
  • Control of the capacity, so that it is not exceeded at any time.
  • Meetings are authorized on the terraces of hotel and restaurant establishments of up to a maximum of 10 people per table or group of tables.
