We arrange horse riding through the Serranía with a trusted local outfit, with routes suited to every level, from a first, gentle ride to something more assured. Some outings are shared with other riders, though we are always glad to check what might be arranged for a couple under the day’s availability, so do simply ask us.
Whatever is agreed, we take care of the practicalities beforehand, so all you need to do is arrive ready to ride.

Andalucía’s gourmet wines find their way to our table long before any tasting begins; our own cellar carries some of the region’s most distinguished labels, poured each evening at dinner. On request, we can arrange a more intimate tasting around these same bottles, guided at your own pace.
For those who wish to go further, we are also happy to point you toward the bodegas of Ronda itself, family cellars whose wines you will already have met at our table.

Oil Tasting in Ronda (upon request)
Ours is the only oil used in the kitchen, pressed from lechín olives grown in the groves that surround the hotel and cold-pressed within days at Molino Don Feliz, a mill that has known olives since the eighteenth century. On request, we arrange a tasting that walks you through what shapes a fine oil, from the grove to the glass in front of you.
This experience follows the harvest itself, usually gathered in the second week of November, so its availability shifts with the season.

The countryside around Ronda is best understood from within it. On foot along a hillside path, on horseback through the groves, or simply standing somewhere quiet with the valley spread out below. We are glad to help you find your way into it.

Some mornings ask to begin slowly. On request, we can arrange a private yoga class in one of the hotel’s quiet corners, the garden, the terrace, or wherever the light happens to be best that day, guided by a local instructor and shaped around your level.
This is arranged individually and depends on the instructor’s availability, so we would ask you to let us know in advance, and we will see what that particular morning allows.

An early notice always helps us arrange things properly, so we would gently suggest letting us know as early as you can, though we understand plans often take shape once you have arrived. We will always do what we can.
