At the centre of the gardens, our pool looks out across the valley beneath a canopy of cypress and palm, sun loungers set along its edge and the shade of an old acacia tree nearby for warmer afternoons. Open throughout the year, it asks only that you bring the time to use it, a slow summer morning, or a quiet winter swim beneath a clear Andalusian sky.
Rooms and Suites, Each with Its Own Terrace
Every room and suite at the hotel opens onto its own terrace or patio, a private corner of the garden or the valley beyond, together with a private bathroom and complimentary WiFi throughout. Each is individually dressed, wooden floors, pastel walls, considered furnishings, and several suites keep a working fireplace for the cooler months.

A Farm-to-Table Restaurant, Set Among Orange and Lemon Trees
Dinner is served on the terrace, beneath orange and lemon trees, magnolia and jasmine, with a menu that changes every evening and depends on what our own gardens and groves are offering that day. Breakfast, lunch and dinner are all shaped around ingredients grown close by, including the olive oil we press ourselves.
Much of what reaches the kitchen begins just outside it. Our own kitchen gardens supply vegetables and herbs by the season, chard and cauliflower through the winter months, tomatoes and courgettes once summer arrives, alongside almonds, figs, citrus and the olives pressed into our own oil.The wider gardens are just as carefully kept: a place to walk, to sit, or simply to notice what happens to be in flower that week.
Parking on site is complimentary, with charging points available for electric cars, so the last stretch of your journey asks nothing extra of you. For those arriving by air, a helicopter landing can also be arranged on request, one more quiet way to reach the Serranía.

Here are the questions we are asked most often — answered as we would if you were sitting with us on the terrace.
You are welcome to arrive from 3:00 PM, and we ask that you leave your room by 12:00 PM the following day. If your journey calls for an earlier arrival or a slower departure, simply let us know in advance; we will do what we can to arrange it.
Yes. Small companions (up to 7 kg) are welcome to join you, for a supplement of €20 per night, in our Double and Superior Double rooms. We ask that other requests be confirmed with us beforehand, so we can make sure everyone feels at home.
There is, quiet and reliable, should you need it. Though we hope you’ll find, once you’re here, that the stillness of the countryside is reason enough to leave it unused for a while.
Our pricing follows the rhythm of the season and demand, rather than a fixed number. As a rule, planning your escape early, or choosing the quieter months, tends to reward you with a gentler rate. Reserving directly with us also ensures you always find our best price.
Close enough to reach the town in about fifteen minutes by car, and far enough to feel the calm of the Serranía the moment you arrive. We sit among olive groves at Partido de los Frontones, with the countryside, not the city, as our nearest neighbour.
Each morning, breakfast is served from 8:00 to 10:30, with local flavours and the quiet of the garden to accompany it. Depending on the rate you choose, it may already be included, or added at €21 per adult. Either way, it’s a moment worth lingering over.
Yes, on site parking is included, with no need to reserve it in advance. For guests travelling by electric vehicle, including Tesla, a charging point is also available.
We do, a table set with ingredients drawn from the land around us, some grown in our own gardens. It is where many of our guests choose to end the day, beneath the Andalusian sky.
Both find their rhythm here. Many arrive as couples, drawn by the privacy and the romance of the setting. Families are equally at home, with children welcomed (a small supplement applies from a certain age) and babysitting arranged upon request.
Cancellation terms depend on the room and rate you reserve. Some remain fully flexible, others are set once confirmed. We recommend reviewing the conditions at the time of booking, so there are no surprises later.
